| Why should Trade Masters be your builder of choice? |

| Ask the builders you have tendering on your work the following questions: |
- Are they highly skilled, trade qualified individuals who posses the knowledge and experience to complete your building project to the highest possible standards?
- Do they offer clearly written, fixed price quotations that are easy to understand and comprehensive in stating what has been allowed for with no hidden extras?
- Is every written quotation given the chance to win back at least the quoted amount?
- Are discounts offered for prompt payment?
- Do they belong to one of the major builders associations? (preferably to Certified builders, the only association that demands that their members be trade qualified.)
- How do you get thanked for making a referral on their behalf? Do they pay you a cash commission?
- Will they guarantee to turn up to scheduled appointments on time? And if they don’t and you were never notified in advance, do they supply you with an $80 dining voucher?
- Do they guarantee to clean up the area in which they were working thoroughly when the work is complete? And if they have not cleaned up to your total satisfaction, do they offer to have professional cleaners clean your home free for 1 month?
